The SWISS KRONO PLANNING TOOL, also called the Timber Planner, is a highly effective online tool that we have created for architects, planners, engineers, and users. It makes it easy to identify the right timber component for a given project. Various filters let you specify the German state, building class, component, and applicable acoustic insulation and fire protection rules to quickly identify the right products.
New: To facilitate sharing of information, we have linked most of the SWISS KRONO components to the website ausschreiben.de (currently available in German only) and stored the corresponding specifications there. It’s easy to download them to the SWISS KRONO PLANNING TOOL as texts in GAEB XML or MS-Excel format and use them in your invitations to bid.
About ausschreiben.de: This database of texts for invitations to bid is a free online service for optimising planning processes. It contains more than a million texts ranging across all relevant trades. Recently we listed a large number of texts for our products, which you can access at Bauteile von SWISS KRONO, including various ceilings, exterior and interior walls, party walls and pitched roofs.
Updated acoustic insulation and fire protection requirements
Recently changes have been made to the German states’ regulations on acoustic insulation and fire protection. We have integrated all of them in the TIMBER PLANNER and they are now automatically taken into account when searching.
