If you want to lay laminate, the requirements for a perfect installation must be checked.
A suitable sub-floor is extremely essential here, such as e.g.:
Have your screed specialist give you a residual moisture log!
Wet and damp rooms, saunas, carpets and stone-wood screed are not suitable for laying laminate.
The sub-floors must be dry, level, fixed and clean. Minor unevennesses are compensated for by an underlay mat and must be sanded off or leveled if they more than 3 mm/m.
